The man who answered the phone said: it's sure to arrive today, isn't it? It doesn't matter. We'll keep it for you. Now the reservation department is very busy, that's all. I hung up before I spoke and didn't know the name of the check-in. I'm really drunk and won't book again.

Overall, Mason is a decent hotel to stay. Its staff are very friendly and responsive. Whenever you call them for help, they respond quickly. The hotel lobby staff are very helpful. The hotel is well-located with easy access to the public transportation. There are many shops, malls, and restaurants nearby within walking distance. All these help make things easier when you stay at Mason. Certainly, there are things which need improvement. For example, some room facilities are broken and are not fixed in a timely way. Room facilities should be inspected on a regular basis after guests have checked out, just to make sure they all function properly. Other than that, we think Mason is a well managed hotel.

The accommodation is very good, the travel is convenient, the hotel facilities are not bad, and the waiter in the coffee shop on the second floor found the money, which is commendable. The whole service quality is high.
